A patient’s guide to preparing for surgery

Knowing what comes next makes any procedure less stressful. Our surgical team walks every patient through the same clear path — here’s an overview.

Before your surgery

You’ll meet your surgeon and anesthesiologist, complete any needed tests, and receive written instructions about eating, medications, and arrival time.

The day of

Our pre-op nurses prepare you and answer last questions. Most of our procedures use minimally invasive techniques to speed your recovery.

After you go home

You’ll leave with a clear recovery plan and a direct line to your care team. Follow-up appointments and any physical therapy are scheduled before you leave.
